Nylon 6 Chip

The nylon 6 chip plant of Baling Petrochemical is one of the largest plants in China The output or Eagle King nylon 6 chip is 42 kt annually. The primary technology and equipments of polymerization unit was imported from Germany. The main production technologies include two-state polymerization, continuous extraction, continuous drying and DCS distributed control system, which reaches the advanced international level.

Characteristics:

Nylon 6 chip is colorless transparent column-shaped particles with unitform particle size and no mechanical impurities. The specification of the chip is 2.0-2.5×2.0-2.5(diameter×length)

Application:

Nylon 6 chip has the viscosity of 2.4-3.6, satiosfying the requirement of high-speed spinning and drawing film. It can be widely used in the filed of civit yarn, industrial yarn, nylon 6 film and high-strength engineering plastics.

包裝：

用內襯鋁箔的聚丙烯編織袋或內襯鋁箔的牛皮紙包裝袋沖氮氣包裝,每袋凈重25kg。
