1 手工發泡機ZX-X119 （Hand foaming machine）
本機用于海綿原料的混合攪拌，發泡桶內的原料通過高速攪拌，充分混合后產生化學反應，及時倒入模具中發泡成成品海綿。
技術參數：
1、 電機功率：7.5~15KW(可選用)
2、 發泡桶2個:￠550（有效容量為110KG），￠450（有效容量為70KG）
3、 有定時攪拌和剎車功能。注：特殊要求可訂做，如加大功率，變頻調速等。
此設備可改造成半自動發泡機，不用人稱料，倒料，抽料，為客戶節約人工，提高生產效率。
It is used for handwork foaming. The material will be undergoing reaction after the high speed stir and fully mixture in the foaming barrel. The sponge will be formed in the mould as the missed material is put in the mould in time.
