聚氯乙烯絕緣護套電力電纜

一、用途 Use

本產品適用不于交流50Hz，額定電壓0. 6/1KV的線路中，供輸配電能之用。
The cable is used as power distribution and transimssion line at rated voltage 0.6/1KV which can be fixed installed.

二、使用特性 Using property

（1）電纜導體的最高額定溫度為70°C
（2）短路時(最長持續時間不超過5s)電纜導體的最高溫度不超過160°C 。
（3）敷設電纜時的環境溫度不低于0°C，最小彎曲半徑應不小于電纜外徑的10倍。

（1）The long time working temperature of cable should not be highter than 70°C.
（2） Short (the longest duration of no more than 5s) conductor temperature does not exceed 160°C.
（3） Ambient temperature when laying cable is not below 0℃，the minimum bend radius should be 10 times the cable diameter is not small.

五、電纜運行敷設條件 Installation

電纜敷設
1、敷設時電纜溫度不低于0°C，環境溫度低于0℃時，應對電纜進行預熱。
2、敷設的彎曲半徑不小于電纜外徑的8倍。
3、電纜敷設后，應經受以直流耐壓試驗，時間15分鐘，試驗電壓3.5kV。
在空氣中敷設
1、單芯電纜平行敷設時中心距離：185mm2及以下為電纜直徑的2倍240mm2及以上為90mm。
2、周圍環境溫度：30°C。
3、導電線芯最高允許溫度：70°C 。
4、不同環境溫度下載流量的校正系數：

直埋敷設

1、單芯電纜不接觸敷設時，中心距離為電纜直徑的2倍。

5、直埋深度：≥0.7m。
6、不同環境溫度下載流量的校正系數：

Installation

1.The installation temperature should not over 20°C，If the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C,the cable should be preheated.
2.The bending radius of cable should not less than 8 times.
3.After installantion,the cable should withstand voltage test for 15 min.3.5kV d.c.
In air
1.As the single core cable laying in parallel,the distance between the cableOs center is tines (for cables, which cross sectional area of conductor ≤185mm2) and 90mm (for cables,which cross sectional area of conductor ≤240mm2).
2.Ambient temperature：40°C.
3.Max.temperature of conductor：70°C.
